a) Because some of those computers are using servers that have been 
listed, and others aren't (and even the same computer may not use the 
same server every time)
b) because Spam Assassin and the like use other criteria as well, like 
clickable links, the title and content of the email, and whether 
there's a "click to unsubscribe" option
c) as George says, Yahoo may well apply other criteria.

I have once been refused permission to use one of the direct email 
links from the members list (not for this list, for another that I 
run), and on that occasion the problem was this one of the server being 
listed in a spam database, in which case you can usually visit the 
database site and unlist it. But it's not usually worth the bother 
unless you are going to be in the same location for a while.
