Yesterday I had a go at renewing my BW licence on line, in response  
to the leaflet enclosed with the reminder letter.  The system  
requires you to enter a renewal number and your customer number,  
which I did carefully, several times, only to be electronically  
advised that the numbers didn't tie up with BW's database.  I tried  
again on a Windoze machine in case Waterscape was having a sulk about  
Safari, but with the same result.

Probably just the usual technical glitches, but I mention it here in  
case anyone's thinking of relying on the new system to claim the  
prompt payment discount.
