Put them on ebay at 99p start, no reserve, buyer to licence and collect immediately. Payment should be made immediately and if the situation is not resolved within two weeks, the ownership returns to BW and it's auctioned again. Ebay costs very little. Just to answer this part of your email. BW destroy all cheap boats because they cause BW the most trouble. These are the boats that tend to end up with no licence, bss etc. They are very often bought by people with little resources to keep them and then BW has to go through the section 8 procedure again.
