Do you mean that the comparison is not helpful to your argument - or that
it is not helpful to the discussion in general? I think we need to be clear
on this.
Do you mean that lower-income earners should be allowed to use their boats
just as long as they don't want to moor them anywhere? After all the
marginal costs of one more boat moving along a waterway must be almost nil.
