I gathered they would be off-line <g>, what I was curious about is whether there was any indication of how they would be distributed geographically (and don't say 'in the UK' <g>). From a number of replies on this and related threads it appears that there are areas with plenty of moorings and others in shortage. Commercially, there would be a natural inclination to build moorings in those places where the rates were higher but, of course, that might not be where the shortages exist.
