I think thats a case of DDDDooooohhhhhhh. As I mentioned 70' have now got through first time one did find a little bar, which was quickley removed, but others (70's) have since gone through no problems at all.
As has been pointed out by EA at the meeting this will need monitoring because the river is tidal, the bar could form again. But EA have already put a plan into operation so if it did happen then, the machinery would swing into action and remove it.
