1) Click on the round slider button and drag it across. You can only 
drag it onto the red bit that shows how much of the movie has 
downloaded. So, if you have a slow connection and there is no red bit to 
the right of the slider, then you won't be able to do this.

2) Go and make a cup of tea and come back in five minutes to see the 
good bit.

3) Download the whole movie onto your own computer and edit it yourself 
to cut out the shaky boring bits.

Cheers Martin, I thought that that was the case. I had hoped you'd discovered a 
quicker way to do it! I suppose that all "posters" on to youtube consider that 
their "works" have to seen in their entirety hence no ff button!
