I believe that Hilperton and Bradford-on-Avon are pretty full. We moor at the latter and I think the manager, Jimmy Griggs, does entertain short term moorers when he has the space. We usually tell him if we're going to be off for more than a week or so [but our 40' slot wouldn't be much use to you]. His phone is: 01225 864562; moby: 07973 435177. A colleague moored for a few months at Saltford Marina a couple of years back and was happy with the arrangements - he commuted to work in Bristol by bike/bus. Or you could try putting a few logs on the roof and leaving a broken bike or two on the towpath which would allow your to moor anywhere between BoA and Bath for more or less as long as you like :-) > Alternatively, Bristol Harbour appears to charge £8 / m for fifteen > days. The ones we used a few years back - adjoining and opposite the Arnolfini - were trouble free but are accessible to the public. Those near the Lloyds building have electricity hook-ups, too. The Harbour Authority didn't accept bookings then, though. Baz
