Saturday around Hillmorton or poss as far as Sutton Stop... We've had to change our plans due to the rain and flooding so will be running the gauntlet at Brauston on Saturday. Should be fun, guess we might see some people we know :-)) Debbi
Umm - not sure when the parades are this year, but often at about 11 and 2 - one year we peeled off the parade at Braunston Turn and were at Hillmorton earlier than we had got back to our mooring at Butcher's (ers' ???) Bridge the previous day! The congestion can be incredible. However if you wait until about 5 pm you should be able to get through without a hold-up - everyone should have eloped to the beer tent by then! I would have thought that if you can hear the commentary when you reach the Admiral Nelson you should moor up and have a p9int (sic) or two until it stops. Sean
