You know, I actually ran across a vegetarian butcher once.  How do I know
she was vegetarian?  There was a new type of steak available, and I asked
her if the taste was worth the price increase.  She said that she didn't
know because she was a vegetarian.  I thought it was an odd career choice
myself, but go figure.
