Cowley is average at filling - Ironbridge is by far the worse
(10minutes to fill), it really slowed us down on the Jam Ole. One of
the fastest locks is Lady Capels with full sized original none
louvered gate paddles (3 minutes to fill).

Obviously the Hatton style locks fill and empty quickly - most
emptying in around 2-3 minutes.
