In my experience, RCR always ask whether electrical problems are engine or domestic based (mine engine wouldn't start so they came out). Did your problem stop the boat running?
This summer, soon after the electrical problem we had a an engine problem (it fell off its blocks) and whilst RCR couldn't solve the problem directly they did lead us to someone who could (Anderton Marina - excellent). As a result I am very pleased with RCR and will take a higher grade of coverage next year. Cheers Will -- Will Chapman Save Our Waterways www.SaveOurWaterways.org.uk
