What's BW's line on reporting unlicensed boats? I only ask because, on the way to work this morning, a van passed in the other direction. Markings on the front: "Vehicle License Duty Enforcement Vehicle". In *LARGE* letters on the sides: "Want to report an unlicensed vehicle? Call xxxxx-xxxxxx". Regards Martyn
