The best stuff I've come across is from Jotun (Shepherd Marine
0207-622-2420).  Incredibly tough surface.  But definitely not
inexpensive and has to be applied very properly, so I actually use
Protegatar (Syntema 01296-334434, www.protegacoatings.com), an
upgraded and quite durable bitumen product which is available as
either single- or two-pack.
