I use http://www.compila.com/ for both ronjones.org.uk and crhf.org.uk. I have the Bargain Plan on a Linux Host http://www.compila.com/pages/hosting/bargainplan.html for both. !9 sobs + VAT each per year, including free domain renewal. To transfer see this page http://www.compila.com/pages/domains/transfers.html Their one (small) error I've found. If you transfer a domain in (like I did for both of them) then your hosting renewal is a different date to the domain renewal - they then sometimes miss the domain renewal. However a quick e-mail reminder has always sorted it out within a day. My only other host I have used (was for the late lamented www.canalvideo.org ) is http://www.ixwebhosting.com/ - as this is in the US you get one (or more - depends on the plan) free US domains, UK domains have to be parked in UK and the DNS pointed to the US server. However the web space is enormous!!!! One account can support several domains.
