Very badly designed poll.  If you are interested in manipulating this poll
simply vote then go to your internet options on your browser. Clear your
cookies, temporary files and clear history.  Close your browser.  Go back to
the email and click on the link.  You will be able to vote again.  If you
are bored you can vote all night long.
