Monday, left home mooring on the R. Lee, on the trip to Cavalcade, Little
Venice.

Was trying to leave at about 10:00hrs but in the end we left at 12:17hrs, the
journey down was almost uneventful. 9 locks moored up at about 17:30hrs at
Ponders End. Few showers nothing to much only once did I put a coat on!

Passed only one boat on the way. The only interesting thing to happen was
about 5 minutes from the end of the journey and I noticed a lot of steam coming
up from the engine, steam was coming around the deck board.

After getting the attention of NB Fox, to come back and take us in tow, the
initial investigation, the hose from the gearbox oil heat exchanger has come
off, and so have lost all the coolant, I actually turned the engine off so we
hope tomorrow putting pipe together and filling up with coolant, we should be
on our way, but not sure if we have damaged anything by over heating.

Also noticed we also have a little diesel leak so will also have a go at that.

Tomorrow hope for an early start to try and repair NB Daisybob, then to get on
our way, as we still have to be in Cavalcade LV by 19:00 for Fish and Chips
ready for meeting starting at 19:30.

We will wait and see.

Moose
