Although I tend towards the view that the videos show not far 
off "normal" rudder shake for many boats I had an email from someone 
who had a lot of rudder judder and they lessened it by 
removing/reducing the horizontal wings the builder had welded to the 
rudder. If you rudder has "wings" on it perhaps a hacksaw or angle 
grinder?

I know that when I am on the Thames trying to keep up with cruisers 
the judder makes my arm ache.
