[canals-list] Water problem at Gloucester

Water and pump out should be available by Llantony Bridge but some one 
is using the place as his private mooring. A friend asked the moorer if 
there was water was there and was told NO. After a chat to a BW man our 
friend was told that BW are aware of the situation!
