Just for your record I never over stay and I alway have a licence and a mooring 1/ I was told by a Bank Warren just as I was mooring that they was reserving the mooring for a friend, and told to find some where else. 2 / My wife has to use a wheelchair 50% of the time or a frame and one wheel broke so I arranged with BW to moor on a 24 hour mooring for no longer tham 36 to pick up new wheel and the local bank warren told me that they was in charge not somebody in the BW office.
