When I was a lot younger (and a lot smaller in all dimensions), I with
my sister (and Mum) used to produce a log of our journey to the
National Rally each year. To prove where we had been we had the lock
keepers, and other people sign our log. This was presented to get
various awards, including best log!

The problem with this these days, of course, is that you are lucky to
see a BW staff member, let alone get near enough to them to sign
anything! :-)
