Last summer, Wrenbury Church lift bridge (the one on the Hurleston side 
of Wrenbury) had been rebuilt and was windlass operated. The lift bridge 
on the Llangollen side of Wrenbury, which had been fixed open for as 
long as I can remember, had been removed.
