Well Grace isn't progressing a the moment as we are back home trying to catch up on the gardening and the post. My "To Do" list when we get back to the boat keeps growing. The most urgent job is to redo the joint between the water filler and the tank so that we don't fill the cabin bilge when we take on water. Would you believe the idiots that built her just had a piece of rubber between the two pipes allegedly in compression and of course over the years it has come away leaving a2mm gap. Once thats sorted I need to grind down the lips on the drain holes for the lockers so they actually drain - not trivial.
Other than that we are settling in, it just takes more time and effort that we expected. Regards Terry
