I've never known a period when it hasn't been 'difficult times' for BW, but
good or bad, they consistently under perform on the most basic of tasks. I used
to think it was cultural; now I think it's just a function of being a
bureaucracy.
I mean! Really! What does it cost in terms of cash and commitment to keep one
small part of a website up to date on major stoppages? Yet on Waterscape this
morning they are advertising 'Carry on Cruising along the Shroppie' on the
basis we can travel along it all except the...er... The Shebdon embankment.
