Presumable based on the downloadable pdf or xls file dated for end
September, which is remarkably similar (haven't checked it line by
line) to the huge Excel sheets they were handing out at the National.
So running a stoppages check on Waterspace produces a different result
from downloading a doc from the same page. Nice one BW, incompetent
even by your low standards!
Two different databases generating info on the same topic for the
clients (I refuse to be a customer). And I bet the paid a fortune for
external consultancy setting it up.
