I've just received an acknowledgement from AVDC for my objection. There is no mention of this meeting, so presumably the meeting is just BW and might not involve the planning authorities?
Unfortunately this meeting clashes with the IWA Chiltern Branch Christmas celebration. I don't know where that will be (probably Amersham?) but it's likely to reduce the number of available active waterway enthusiasts who might have come to the meeting.
