I read somewhere that about 30% of the cruise missiles used during the 
invasion of Iraq never got anywhere near their intended targets.  If we're 
going to have cruise missile accuracy for driverless motorcars, I hope we 
get cruise missiles which live up to the manufacturer's inflated claims 
first.
