I'm not entirely convinced that pouring bucketfuls of central government money into underused local projects like three of those is really justifiable.
bjg They all seemed (and were obviously originally) too far out of town and too dispersed to make a day out, unlike for example the museum harbours at Hamburg at noth of which there are several ships close by to look at and somewhere to eat (or the three UK canal museums).
