You have a point although red is a notoriously bad colour for fading. Luckily
the black ones I'm seeking can fade if they want to because they will be on
grey decks and the colour isn't critical. Why choose black then? Because I have
just removed 30 black V-dek ones from the balcony that we have just had
replaced here at the house and shall be adding a further 54 to cover the stern
socialising deck on Phoenix. We don't need the tiles on the new galvanised
steel grid surface of the new balcony deck. The red-oxide Versatile ones were
always OK in the well deck of Albion although, in fairness, they were often
shaded by the cratch cover.
