Wendy is doing a jigsaw, nothing new in that I hear you cry. This one is of Stratford upon Avon basin and features two narrowboats. 'Jack Flash' owned, presumably by Harry New and sons, as this is the name on the side and a boat called 'Mable'. The sign on Mable looks temporary, as it is in the window. We have been trying to date the picture, anyone know of these boats? On Behalf Of David Cragg Is the jigsaw a current made one and if so what make and number of pieces? Is the picture a photo or a painting? We do lots of puzzles but have not seen one of the basin at Stratford though there is one of the river opposite the Theatre. Hi David, The jigsaw is made by King Puzzle http://www.kinginternational.com/ It's a 1000 piece and on the box it says 1981.It is 19" X 26" in size. The photograph was taken by Vince Guy. Having dug around a bit on the tinternet, I have found the picture concerned http://www.vkguy.co.uk/index.php?q=Stratford-upon-Avon&vc=&p=&ar=0 On this page it's number 025495-27 near the bottom. There are lots of other pictures her as well. To get a bigger version one needs to register but that is easy enough. Thanks for you help Regards Andrew
