That's not the standard soft shift kit as issued by PRM. If it were, you would have a sandwich plate with two small hydraulic accumulators mounted on it (see the back end of the gearbox, and view the small black accumulator sitting on the sandwich plate that sticks out on Phoenix's Beta 90 gearbox see photo http://www.andrewdyke.co.uk/phoenix70.htm). However, IF the top selector plate/oil galleyway (the thing in red) has been modified by a small slot milled between two oilways and IF the silver thing is an accumulator (as opposed to a filter that it looks like) then it could improve the shift on the gearboxes mentioned.
