Steve, the link is: http://is.gd/aUdvY but I fear any objection would be far too late. The developers were planning a road closure on 22nd March to erect hoarding around the building, with the plan being to demolish it over two weeks, so there it may already be dust! The only word that came from BW about this was concerning the temporary closure of the boaters' facilities that were houses in the adjacent outbuilding, which is also to be demolished. The West Lancs website is extremely difficult to search, making it hard to find out what proposed, and a week or so ago it still showed the application as awaiting approval. The consultee list comprises mostly local householders and businesses, with the only waterway-related consultee being BW.
