Martin - I have acquired a tube of the black high temp stove sealant you recommended
It says it on the tube that it can be painted over, would you agree ? I'd much rather seal the stove/flue joint and paint afterwards than seal over the paint. Usually this slippy surfaced sealing gunk looks too shiny to paint. Beeky
