The gauges are almost certainlt typical bi-coil gauges and each should come 
matched to their own sender. You can buy marine ones matched to their senders 
from ASAP supplies (www.asap-supplies.co). If you will be happy with automotive 
ones that will probably be a little cheaper try Vehicle Wiring Products 
(www.vehicleproducts.co.uk).

Some or all the gauges are available in European or American specification and 
that is why they need pairing with their senders (different resistances).

Unless it's "toys for the boys" I can see no compelling reason to fit an oil 
temperature gauge and personally am happy with my oil pressure warning lamp. 
Oil pressure gauges are more likley to show the wrong info bnecause of sender 
problems than show an actual fault. Keep the oil changes at the correct 
intervals and the oil system should last for 20 years or far more.
