I'd suggested Stratford but that was deemed too far out. I didn't turn
up the Ashby one though so thanks for that, Arthur.

They wanted a "cruise" rather than a static. I thought there ought to
be one in Brum somewhere (around Gas St)  but when I suggested that,
the reaction was that the guy's mother had a pretty low opinion of
Brum and nothing he could do would change that :)

...and I think my Tilley is perfect for boating... it floats. It will
be out on Sunday weather permitting!
