It is confirmed that there will be a two day stoppage on Monday and Tuesday next (12th - 13th July 2010) at Whitsunday Pie Lock (near Retford, the last broad lock if you are heading west) for repairs to top off side paddle gear. Nearest moorings are (from R Trent) Gate Inn (sadly closed) Clarborough (3/4 boats), Hayton (1 boat) adjacent to Boat Inn, Clayworth RWBC moorings (several temporary spaces). From Retford Hop Pole (3 moorings) Retford below and above Town Lock. Less safe moorings not included. Arthur Naylor
