[canals-list] Leeds and Liverpool closing

Apart from  sites likes penninewaterways.co.uk it's now local TV news the the 
Leeds & Liverpool is closing from Wigan Locks as far as lock 30 at Gargrave. 
This is a complete shutdown from 3rd August. Apparently stop planks are going 
to be put in at the top of all lock flights in an effort to keep moored boats 
afloat and for wildlife's sake.
