I never take any notice of NBW, but that doesn't mean that BW is not going to face big cuts.
But I doubt we will know very much until October 20th when the Chancellor announces the Comprehensive Spending Review. Even then we may not know the full details of how DEFRA will allocate its cuts. What worries me are the rumours that Caroline Spelman is competing to be one of the ministers that offers the biggest cuts to the Treasury, especially as cuts in other organisations that you fund are the easiest for any minister to make. -- Nigel S [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
