skipping verification testing for "Backport VFIO P2P patch for BlueField 5.15" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-bluefield/+bug/2077887
The feature needs the mlx NIC to DMA directly to the NVMe drive (thus P2P), which means the Bluefield needs to have an "additional" NVMe device for testing the feature. The only one NVMe drive is for OS already. In our lab, we can work around this issue by load bfb into mmc, instead of an nvme drive steps: 1. create a file bf.cfg, with content device=/dev/mmcblk0 2.
