skipping verification testing for "Backport VFIO P2P patch for BlueField 5.15"
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-bluefield/+bug/2077887

The feature needs the mlx NIC to DMA directly to the NVMe drive (thus
P2P), which means the Bluefield needs to have an "additional" NVMe
device for testing the feature. The only one NVMe drive is for OS
already.

In our lab, we can work around this issue by load bfb into mmc, instead of an
nvme drive
steps:
1. create a file bf.cfg, with content
device=/dev/mmcblk0

2. "cat <bfb> bf.cfg > /de/vrshim0/boot"
root@sw-056-bf3:/home/ubuntu# lsblk
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINTS
mmcblk0         179:0   0  38.8G  0 disk
├─mmcblk0p1  179:1      0       50M  0 part /boot/efi
└─mmcblk0p2  179:2      0  38.8G  0 part /
mmcblk0boot0 179:8      0  31.5M  1 disk
mmcblk0boot1 179:16   0  31.5M  1 disk
nvme0n1         259:0   0 119.2G  0 disk.  ---> this leaves NVMe free for P2P
experiment

Due to the complicated steps, I suggest skip verification.

In real use case, the NVMe drive might be remote attached (not attached
locally)
