Instead of adding .ssh/config as a device (which has problems with permissions 
and it also feels hacky to me) I'm proxying the host SSH agent. In this way, if 
Snapcraft has to pull stuff from any repository, it will use host SSH agent for 
authentication. Tested with:
- snap-build-zapper-control-local-arm64
- snap-build-checkbox-baoshan-test-local-arm64 (w/o pushing to the store)
