The issue you’re facing with the touchpad is likely related to the
touchpad driver or kernel handling after sleep/hibernation. You can try
adding a fix for  by adding the  option in your boot parameters or use
the  driver with the i2c_hid module. Another possible solution is to
disable suspend/resume for the touchpad with  rules, or you can adjust
the power management settings of the touchpad through tools . Check if
your kernel version is up to date, as some issues are fixed in newer
releases.
