I have the same error using Ubuntu 14.04. There is no problem with Google Chrome, but the problem exists in Mozilla Firefox and going fullscreen does not solve the problem. The only solution for now is to go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html then select the website you want to give permission for your camera or microphone. It is a very weird bug, and it's weirder to see that it still exists.
