I was adding the lcy02.rc file to the credentials directory (~/.scalingstack/)
and thought bos01.rc and bos02.rc were redundant given that we have
bos02-arm64.rc, bos02-ppc64el.rc, and bos02-s390x.rc. However, after removing
them a `mojo run` failed.

This change will have make-lxd-secgroup read from bos02-arm64.rc instead.
