Public bug reported:

Kernel selftest has a bug in tools/testing/selftests/net/tls.c, test 'no_pad'.
It reports an error when CONFIG_TLS is not available, instead of skipping the
test.
Lunar:linux-kvm has CONFIG_TLS disabled.
