This issue emerges after we retire LP: #2009647 keyctl09 in
ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed on K-5.19 from our hint database.
This is only failing on L-kvm, no matter it's with LTP 20230516 or the
current tip (commit 776b5798) we're using after recent LTP update.
