I again was given the option to choose a language; with it default to ENGLISH(US) AGAIN, despite my changing it to ENGLISH(AU) ! Simon said the language has changed (I can't tell given both are english in this example), BUT the app restarting has me return again with the default option asking if I want to change (away from) english(US) as if nothing was done.
