Bug description:
net:pmtu.sh fails on openstack cpu2 lowlatency-64k
ubuntu_kselftests_net. It fails with:
DEBUG| [stdout] # TEST: IPv4, bridged geneve6: PMTU exceptions
[FAIL]
DEBUG| [stdout] # File size 1001302 mismatches exepcted value in locally
bridged vxlan test
