Public bug reported:
pull-amqp will be a script which prints all the amqp messages from a queue
(doesn't remove them, has an ack command line arg which if set to true would
remove all the items in the queue, we could also use filter-amqp to achieve
this by modifying the script)
push-amqp will be a script which pushes all messages into a queue
The idea is we have two general tools we can use to easily move things
around in whichever queues
