Add bubblewrap package to ubuntu_qrt_apparmor test

Bug description:
Since commit dfdd4781b4 "Also test bwrap transitioning to unprivileged
userns" in qa-regression-testing. This test will require bwrap command
from bubblewrap package.
Otherwise test_unconfined_userns test will fail with:
Command: 'sudo', '-u', 'tyNsEzIo', 'bwrap', '--ro-bind', '/usr', '/usr',
'--symlink', '/usr/lib64', '/lib64', '--unshare-net', '--', 'true'
Output:
sudo: bwrap: command not found
