ubuntu_kernel_selftests:powerpc/tm:tm-signal-sigreturn-nt failure on
ppc64el.9 architecture has been failing for plucky since version
6.14.0-15.15. It is likely that it fails for prior versions too since we
started testing recently on this ppc64el.9 instances.
